Candy corn is one of those seasonal items that you either love or hate. I love it and am not ashamed that I eat candy corn year-round. Did y’all even know candy corn was sold year-round? The Valentine’s Day edition is the best because it is cinnamon flavored, but I also have an affinity for the Christmas edition because it’s purty!

Due to no-churn ice cream’s simple ingredients, you can go crazy by adding all kinds of fun mix-ins. For this no-churn caramel candy corn recipe, I added brownie bits and the CaramBar caramel sauce and candy corn.

I used a specialty french caramel bar that isn't available in the states. Feel free to use whatever caramel candies you like to create the sauce. The incorporation of pre-made caramel sauce works as well. I also added some left over brownies I had at home in this recipe, you can add chocolate candies here as well.
