- 3-4 very ripe bananas
- Gluten-free flour
- Vanilla Extract
- Ground Cinnamon
- Granulated Sugar
- Brown sugar
- Baking Soda
- Oil

- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Line a loaf pan with Parchment paper.
- Mash 3-4 ripe bananas with a fork or potato masher
- Add vanilla, oil, cinnamon, granulated, and brown sugar to bananas. Mix well.
- Sprinkle banana mixture with gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix all together. The bread batter will be thick.
