Adair Family Restaurants (the group behind Eloise Nichols, Adair Kitchen, Los Tios Mexican Restaurant, and Skeeters Mesquite Grill) opened “Bebidas” (2602 Edloe) back in September of 2016. Bebidas is a cozy, petite cafe. Known for quick, healthy bites & sips. The serene patio and drive thru window are two important highlights.
The Houston Food Blogger Collective recently hosted a SEO workshop led by Pilar Hernandez of En Mi Concina Hoy at Bebidas. I instantly fell in love with the intimate space, opened french patio doors and simple menu. It was if I had been transported to a coffee shop in the Oakland Hills.
Bebidas serves breakfast and lunch. You can find items like avocado toast, breakfast tacos, hearty salads, pressed juices and smoothies on the menu. I highly recommend the Giardiniera Chicken Salad Sandwich and the Baby Kale Salad with chicken (or curried tofu).
Though, you can’t go wrong with any of their 10 fresh pressed juices or smoothies. The Ginger Spice and Mahalapeno were my two favorites. Both made with simple fresh ingredients like ginger, jalapeno, green apples and celery. Due to my love for spice, I will order anything with the word “jalapeno” as an ingredient.
If you’re looking for a chill, quaint cafe with a spacious patio, Bebidas is your place. They are open daily from 7 am – 6 pm. Due to the corner lot the restaurants sits on, parking can be tough. Especially on a busy day.
