Third Coast Restaurant (Formally known as Trevisio, since 2002) is the new innovative, fine dining concept in the Texas Medical Center. It’s located on the sixth floor of the of the John P. McGovern Commons and is set to be the “destination where the world’s entrepreneurs and change-makers can come together to feed their hunger for innovation,” said Texas Medical Center (TMC) President and CEO, Robert C. Robbins, M.D.
Experimentation is at the heart of Executive Chef Jon Buchanan’s “Modern Houstonian” menu, of which draws on the many dynamic and diverse flavors of Houston. The menu is inspired by the Asian, Hispanic, Native Texas, Native American and Czech-German cultures that make up this melting pot called “Houston”. During a private gathering a select group of Houston influencers enjoyed passed hor d’oeuvres, and a five course meal with wine pairings from Third Coast Sommelier, David Cook.

Third Coast’s lavish beverage menu consists of six innovation-themed specialty cocktails, 10 + local beer & spirit selections, 17 wine selections by the glass and 115+ bottles on their wine list. Making it the perfect place for families visiting a loved one, private functions, lunch meetings and Happy Hour.
