Vegan gluten-free banana bread
This is the perfect recipe for a quick and easy vegan gluten-free banana bread. The main ingredients for this gluten-free bread are ripe bananas, gf flour, and brown sugar. By far the BEST moist and fluffy vegan banana bread.

1 Loaf pan
1 Potato Masher or fork
- 3-4 ripe bananas
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- ⅓ cup oil your preference
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 350°F Line a loaf pan with Parchment paper. Mash 3-4 ripe bananas with a fork or potato masher Add vanilla, oil, cinnamon, granulated, and brown sugar to bananas. Mix well.
Sprinkle banana mixture with gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix all together. The bread batter will be thick.
Slowly pour (or spoon) batter into a lined loaf pan.
Sprinkle top with brown sugar for an added crunch
Bake for 45-50 minutes. Allow cooling for 10 minutes
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Bread can remain in the refrigerator for 3 days.
TO FREEZE - Wrap load in saran wrap and foil. Freeze for up to 4 weeks. Unthaw at room temp on the countertop before serving.
