Instructions
Spicy Pineapple Passion Fruit Glaze
combine preserves, water, jalapeno, and garlic in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally until reduced by half (10 - 15 minutes). Add Vinegar and aminos (or soy sauce) and cook until sauce is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon (5-7 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. set aside.
Broiled Salmon
Set oven to broil.
Place salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Broil salmon skin side down until it flakes easily with a fork. Roughly 10-15 minutes depending on thickness.
Transfer broiled salmon onto a platter and top with warm pineapple passion fruit glaze.
