Baked Meat Pies {gluten-free}
These delicious, baked, gluten-free meats pies made with beef, carrots, peas, and corn are the perfect weeknight treat.

- ½ lb Ground beef cooked
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning or oregano
- 1 tbsp Plant-based butter
- 1 package gluten-free pizza dough
Prepare the Filling
Heat 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook beef in a large skillet for 8 minutes or until no longer pink.
Season with salt and pepper
Drain meat and return to skillet
Prepare frozen veggies per instructions on the back of the package.
Add veggies to meat and season with spice mixture. Set aside
Prepare the Dough
Dust your counter with flour and roll out the room temperature dough until it's just under a 1/4 inch thick.
Use a 4 inch biscuit cutter (or a lid of a jar) to cut the dough into rounds.
Lightly brush the outer edges of each round with melted plant-based butter.
Place 1 to 2 teaspoons of the filling in the center of each round.
Fold the circle over the filling to make a half circle.
Brush the exterior of the pie with remaining melted butter. Sprinkle with pink Himalayan sea salt (if preferred).
Transfer the pies to the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12-14 minutes or until pies are golden brown.
