- 1 Cup Flour All Purpose or Gluten Free
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Large egg 1 large, ripe, mashed banana or 1/4 c apple sauce (vegan)
- 3/4 Cup Milk Dairy-free (vegan)
- 4 Tablespoon Plant-based butter, melted
Easy Gluten-Free, Vegan Cinnamon Banana Pancake Batter
Measure out all ingredients
In a small bowl combine dry ingredients: flour, white sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In a separate bowl combine egg (banana or applesauce), milk, butter, and vanilla.
Whisk dry ingredients into wet ingredients batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix or your pancakes will not rise.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides. cook 2 -3 minutes each side.
What substitutions can be made for allergy-friendly Cinnamon Banana Pancakes?
